一株饲用植物乳杆菌LP-12的体外评价

摘要 本实验通过对植物乳杆菌LP-12的耐温性、耐酸性、胆盐耐受性、抑菌性及安全性的研究表明,该菌株具有-定的耐温性能,85℃水浴处理5min,存活率为63.2%;42℃二发酵培养活性可达正常发酵的73.7%。pH2.0处理3h存活率为72.7%,可以轻松抵达动物肠道内;对胆盐具有较强的耐受力,在胆盐浓度为1%的条件下,仍有67.9%的存活率。对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌均有较强的抑制作用。小鼠灌胃菌株LP-12,仍正常存活,主要脏器未发现异常。植物乳杆菌LP-12是-株极具潜力的饲用益生菌株。 The experiment was about heat resistance, acid resistance, bile salt tolerance, antimicrobial activity and safety studies of Lactobacillus plantarum LP-12, the research showed that this strain had a certain resistance to high temperature, the survival rate by 85℃ water bath treatment 5 rain was 63.2% ; by 42℃ fermentation culture, the activity of up to 73.7% of normal fermentation. By pH 2.0 treating 3 hours, the survival rate was 72.7%, could easily reach the gut of the animal; the strain had a strong tolerance to bile salt, at the condition of 1% bile salt, the strain still had 67.9% survival rate. The strain had a strong inhibitory effect to Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella. The mice were intragastriced with LP-12, and the mice were still alive and their organs were normal. Lactobacillus plantarum LP-12 was a strain with feeding potential probiofic.
