摘要 [目的]探讨同伴教育对社区慢性心力衰竭抑郁病人的影响。[方法]选取十堰市某社区慢性心力衰竭抑郁病人97例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组48例,对照组49例。两组病人均参与社区医务人员举办的健康教育和心理指导活动,试验组在上述基础上,再接受由社区同伴志愿者提供的指导服务,比较两组病人抑郁及生活质量评分情况。[结果]干预后,观察组病人抑郁发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病人生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]社区同伴教育能有效改善慢性心力衰竭抑郁病人的情绪状况及生活质量。 Objective: To probe into the influence of peer education on community patients with Chronic heart failure depression. Methods:A total of 97 cases of chronic heart failure patients depression in a community in Shiyan city were selected and were divided into observation group with 48 cases and control group with 49 cases. Both groups of patients took part in health education and psychological guidance organized by community medical staff, meanwhile the patients in observation group received guidance service provided by community peer volunteers. The scores of depression and quality of life between both groups were compared. Results:The incidence of depression in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group, there was statistical significant difference (P〈0.05) ;the quality of life of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, there was statistical significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion : Community peer education could significantly improve the emotional state and quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure complicated with depression.
