集束化干预策略在降低留置针非计划拔管中的应用

Application of cluster strategy in reducing the rate of unplanned extubation of indwelling needle

[目的]研究集束化干预策略在降低留置针非计划拔管中的作用,探讨有效可行的留置针管理办法。[方法]将2014年4月395例留置针病人作为对照组,用传统的方法进行留置针管理;将2014年7月435例留置针病人作为试验组,用集束化策略进行管理,比较两组非计划拔管率。[结果]对照组非计划拔管88例,拔管率22.3%;试验组非计划拔管37例,拔管率8.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]集束化策略能有效降低留置针非计划拔管率,提高病人对留置针使用的满意度。

Objective：To study the effect of cluster intervention strategies for reducing the unplanned extubation of indwelling needle and probe into the effective and feasible management method of indwelling needle. Methods：A total of 395 cases of patients with indwelling needle in April 2014 were selected as control group, and they received the traditional management method of indwelling needle; another 435 cases of patients in July 2014 were selected as experimental group and they received the management of cluster interventions,then to compare the rate of unplanned extubation. Results：There were 88 cases of patients with unplanned extubation in control group,and the rate of extubation was 22.3% ;37 cases in experimental group,the rate of extubation was 8.5%, there was statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Cluster intervention strategies could effectively reduce the rate of unplanned extubation and enhance the satisfaction of patients to usage of indwelling needle.
