应用型本科院校学报应用转型的现状及发展对策探究

An Exploration into the Status Quo and Developmental Strategies of the Application Transformation of Application-oriented Institutes' Journals

教育部已经明确了高校转型的改革方向。随着大约600所高校改为应用型本科院校,其所主办的学报也亟需改变以往的办刊思路和办刊模式。根据应用型本科院校学报在当前大学学术期刊系统中的现状调查和分析,本文探讨了转型后应用型本科院校学报办刊的基本思路,并在此思路上探讨了办刊的相应对策,即着眼于学术前沿性,立足于实践应用性;以应用性为依托,融入区域特色,使学报能够精准地为当地经济建设服务。

The Ministry of Education of the People＇s Republic of China has made it clear that some colleges should be transformed into application-oriented ones in reform. With about 600 colleges in China being transformed into applicationoriented ones, the journals sponsored by those universities also need to alter their former operation guidelines and models. On the basis of the status quo and by analyzing the academic journals, the thesis aims at exploring the fundamental operation guidelines of the application-oriented journals, and further pointing out the corresponding strategies, namely, we＇ll start with an overview of academic forwardness, where we＇ll look at the role of practicality and applicability, as well as the local characteristics, making the journal contributing to the local economy in an accurate fashion.
