大学生心理健康状况述评——江苏师范大学新生心理普测数据分析

Review of the Mental Health Status of College Students——Data Analysis of General Psychological Test of Freshmen at Jiangsu Normal University

本文对江苏师范大学2009级至2015级共30672名新生的心理普测数据结果进行分析,结果显示:我校新生心理健康总体状况良好,但心理健康总体水平呈下降趋势;男生的心理健康水平优于女生;理工科专业的学生心理健康水平优于艺术类学生和文科专业学生。对高校新生心理健康状况特点进行分析、研究,总结一定时期新生心理变化的特点与规律,可为大学生心理健康教育工作提供参考依据,从而有效提高心理健康教育工作的科学性和针对性。

This essay has analyzed the data of psychological tests of 30672 freshmen from grade 2009 to grade 2015 at Jian-gsu Normal University.The results show that the freshmen at Jiangsu Normal University have good mental health,but the mental health status of them assumes a drop tendency on the whole;The mental health status of male is better than that of female;the mental health status of freshmen majoring in Science and Engineering is better than that of freshmen majoring in Arts and liberal arts.Through the analysis and study of the characteristics of mental health status of fresh-men,this essay has summarized the general rules of the mental health development and the changes of freshmen during this 7-year period and provided theoretical basis for college psychological education to make the education work in this as-pect more scientific and targeted.
