摘要
目的:为验证高职生自立人格、寻求反馈动机与职业自我胜任感的关系。方法:采用青少年自立人格量表、寻求反馈动机量表及自编的职业自我胜任感量表,对546名高职大学生进行调查。结果:高职生自立人格及职业自我胜任感均处于中等偏上水平;自立人格、寻求反馈动机及职业自我胜任感两两正相关,且自立人格、寻求反馈动机均能正向预测职业自我胜任感;寻求反馈动机在个人自立及人际自立与职业自我胜任感之间起部分中介的作用。
The present study aims to explore the relationship between vocational college students' self-supporting personality, feedback-seeking motivation and self-perceived employability, by using the adolescents' self-supporting personality scale, the feedback-seeking motivation scale and the self-perceived employability scale to test 546 students. The results show the following: The vocational college students showed an upper-medium level of self-supporting personality and self-perceived employability; there were positive correlations between their self-supporting personality, feedback-seeking motivation and self-perceived employability, and their self-supporting personality and feedback-seeking motivation could be used to positively predict their self-perceived employability; and their feedback-seeking motivation partially mediated between their personal or interpersonal self-support traits and their self-perceived employability.
