摘要
目的:分析脉血康胶囊治疗糖尿病视神经病变(DON)患者对视神经功能、凝血功能及细胞因子的影响。方法:选择2013年12月~2015年12月本院收治的糖尿病视神经病变患者55例(82眼),根据治疗方法不同分为接受脉血康治疗的观察组38例(49眼)、接受复合维生素治疗的对照组17例(33眼),对比两组治疗3个月后视神经功能、凝血功能及细胞因子含量差异。结果:治疗3个月后,观察组视神经功能指标视野平均光敏感度(MS)、平均视网膜神经纤维(RNFL)厚度、图形视觉诱发电位AP1 0 0水平高于对照组(P〈0.05),平均缺损(MD)、图形视觉诱发电位LP1 0 0水平低于对照组(P〈0.05);凝血指标全血黏度(WBV)、血浆黏度(PV)、纤维蛋白原(FBG)水平低于对照组(P〈0.05),凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)水平高于对照组(P〈0.05);血栓弹力图参数R值、K值水平高于对照组(P〈0.05),α角、MA、CI水平低于对照组(P〈0.05);血清氧化应激指标活性氧(ROS)、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)含量低于对照组(P〈0.05),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:脉血康胶囊可以显著优化DON患者视神经功能,具体与其抗凝及抑制氧化应激作用直接相关。
Objective: To analyze the effect of Maixuekang capsule therapy on optic nerve function, blood coagulation function and cytokines in diabetic optic neuropathy. Methods: A total of 55 patients (82 eyes) with diabetic optic neuropathy treated in our hospital between December 2013 and December 2015 were selected, and according to different therapeutic meth- ods, they were divided into observation group (n = 38) (49 eyes) who received Maixuekang therapy and control group (n = 17) (33 eyes) who received compound vitamin therapy. Differences in optic nerve function, blood coagulation function and cytokine content were compared between two groups after 3 months of treatment. Results.. After 3 months of treatment, optic nerve function indexes mean sensitivity (MS), retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness and AP100 levels of observation groupwere significantly higher than those of control group (P〈0.05) while mean defect (MD) and LP100 levels were lower than those of control group (P〈0.05) ; blood coagulation indexes whole blood viscosity (WBV), plasma viscosity (PV) and fibrin- ogen (FBG) levels were significantly lower than those of control group (P〈0.05) while thrombin time (TT), prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) levels were significantly higher than those of control group (P〈0.05); thrombelastogram parameters R value and K value levels were significantly higher than those of control group (P〈0.05)while a angle, MA and CI levels were significantly lower than those of control group (P〈0.05) ; oxidative stress indexes reactive oxygen species (ROS), methane dicarboxylic aldehyde (MDA) and catalase (CAT) content in serum were significantly lower than those of control group (P〈0.05) while superoxyde dismutase (SOD) content was significantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusions: Maixuekang capsule can significantly optimize the optic nerve function in patients with DON, which is specifically directly related to its anticoagulation and anti-oxidative stress effect.
