参附注射液对脓毒症休克患者血流变及氧代谢的影响

Influence of Shenfu injection for the hemorheology and oxygen metabolism of patients with septic shock

目的:观察参附注射液对脓毒症休克患者血流变及氧代谢的影响,以了解参附注射液在脓毒症休克患者中的应用效果与价值。方法:选取本院诊治的54例脓毒症休克患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组的27例患者进行常规脓毒症休克治疗,观察组的27例患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用参附注射液治疗,然后检测与比较两组治疗前与治疗后的全血及全血还原黏度、红细胞指数及氧代谢指标。结果:治疗前两组全血及全血还原黏度、红细胞指数及氧代谢指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而治疗后两组的上述方面检测结果均显著改善,且观察组的检测结果均显著地好于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液可显著地改善脓毒症休克患者的血流变及氧代谢状态,因此对于脓毒症休克患者具有积极的应用价值。

Objective： To observe the influence of Shenfu injection for the hemorheology and oxygen metabolism ot pa- tients with septic shock,in order to understand the application effect and value of Shenfu injection in the patients with septic shock. Methods：A total of 54 patients with septic shock in our hospital were enrolled and divided into two groups according to the method of random number table. 27 patients in control group were treated with conventional treatment of septic shock,27 patients in control group were treated with Shenfu injection on the conventional treatment of control group, then the whole blood and whole blood reduced viscosity, erythrocyte indexes and oxygen metabolism indexes of two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results： Differences in whole blood and whole blood reduced viscosity of two groups before the treat- ment were not significant （P 〉 0.05）, while after the treatment differences in these items were significant between the two groups, and the detection results of observation group were significantly better than those of control group, all P 〈0.05. Conclusion：The Shenfu injection can significantly improve the hemorheology and oxygen metabolism of patients with septic shock,so its application value for the patients with septic shock is active.
