中国与东南亚国家反恐合作的态势、问题及对策

The anti-terrorism cooperation between China and Southeast Asian nations:The existing situation,problems and countermeasures

近年来,国际恐怖主义形势愈发严峻。伊斯兰国(IS)势力不断崛起,恐怖主义问题严重威胁着我国一些地区以及毗邻的东南亚国家。东南亚地区由于其特殊的地缘政治环境,成为IS恐怖势力渗透的重点目标,新疆极端分子经东南亚偷渡出境的问题给复杂的地区形势增加了不稳定的因素,东南亚成为中国国际反恐合作一个愈加值得重视的方向。本文从中国与东南亚国家反恐合作的态势出发,研究目前反恐合作存在的问题,并就未来加强反恐合作给出对策建议。

In recent years,the situation of international terrorism has become more serious.With the power of the Islamic State（IS）gaining momentum,terrorism has become a serious threat to some areas of China and to our neighboring Southeast Asian nations.Due to its special geopolitical environment,Southeast Asia has become a key target which the IS terrorist force plots to infiltrate.Some illegal Uighur emigrants from China to Southeast Asian nations have made this region more instable and complicated.Therefore,China must attach more importance to the cooperation with Southeast Asian nations to fight against terrorism.This paper discusses the status quo and problems of the antiterrorism cooperation between China and Southeast Asian nations,and proposes suggestions and measures for the future anti-terrorism cooperation.
