摘要 目的探讨叶酸联合认知训练对MCI患者认知功能的影响。方法将2012年4-12月从潍坊市某社区居民中筛选出的60例MCI老人随机分为干预组和对照组,对干预组进行口服叶酸及进行认知训练干预,对照组不做任何干预,时间为6个月。用简易精神状态量表(MMSE)和64导脑电信号采集记录仪分别记录两组受试对象干预前后MMSE评分和事件相关电位P300的情况以评估受试者认知训练效果。结果干预组MMSE评分与6个月前相比明显增高,P300潜伏期明显缩短,P300波幅明显升高;对照组变化不明显。结论叶酸联合认知训练可以有效延缓认知功能的下降,改善MCI患者的认知功能状况。 Objective To explore the impact of folic acid combined with cognitive training to cognitive function of the MCI patients. Methods 60 cases of elderly MCI selected from a community resident in Weifang City from April 2012 to December 2012 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Ptients in intervention group were treated with folic acid combined with cognitive training, and patients in control group did not do any intervention, and the time was 6 months. The Mini Mental State Scale (MMSE) and the 64 signal acquisition and recording instrument were used to separately record The MMSE scores and event related potentials P300 before and after the intervention. Results The MMSE score of intervention group was significantly higher than 6 months ago, P300 latency was significantly shortened, and P300 amplitude was significantly increased. The control group did not change significantly. Conclusion Folic acid combined with cognitive training can effectively delay the decline of cognitive function, improve the cognitive function of patients with MCI.
