护理教育干预对糖尿病足预防的效果观察

Observation on effect of nursing education intervention on prevention of diabetic foot

目的分析护理教育干预对糖尿病足预防的效果。方法选取我院糖尿病足患者100例，收治时间为2012年12月～2015年12月期间，分为两组（观察组和对照组），对照组采用常规护理治疗，观察组采用护理教育干预，比较两组患者护理后的生活习惯、自觉症状、疾病知识掌握、足部护理知识掌握评分和糖尿病足发生率。结果观察组糖尿病足患者护理后的生活习惯、自觉症状、疾病知识掌握、足部护理知识掌握评分显著优于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组的糖尿病足发生率（8．00％胝于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论在临床上，给予糖尿病足患者采用护理教育干预措施，不仅能提高患者各项评分，还能有效预防糖尿病足。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing education intervention on the prevention of diabetic foot. Methods 100 patients with diabetic foot in Our hospital were selected and treated time as during the December 2012 to December 2015, divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group）, the control group was treated with routine nursing, the observation group adopted intervention of nursing education, nursing care of the patients in the two groups were compared after living habits, symptoms, disease knowledge, foot care knowledge master score and diabetic foot incidence. Results Observation and nursing care of patients with diabetic foot group after living habits,symptoms, disease knowledge, foot care knowledge master scores were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）, in the observation group, the incidence rate of diabetic foot （8.00%） was lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical practice, patients with diabetic foot care education intervention measures, not only can improve the patients＇ scores, but also effectively prevent diabetic foot.
