摘要 宋代士大夫对饮食生活格外关注,这使食事与文人创作异常紧密。宋代饮食在取材、加工、口味上都呈现出了不同以往的新风尚,不同于前代的饮食心态及审美喜好渗透到诗歌创作中,使诗歌也呈现出了新的风貌。宋诗题材的日常化以及其中所表现出来的成熟睿智的精神风貌深受宋人从俭避奢生活状态的影响;变腐朽为神奇的手法、精细化的加工风格和背离常格之思同样存在于烹饪与宋诗创作过程中;以淡为美、以苦为美、以鲜活为美的诗境追求则与尚淡、尚苦、尚鲜的味觉审美如出一辙。 The Song Dynasty scholar-bureaucrats pay special attention to diet life which causes the diet and the literati creation unusual close. Diet selection, processing and taste pursuit of the Song Dynasty are different from the previous generation. Aesthetic preferences infiltrate poetry creation, which makes the poetry present new style. The poetry theme of daily life and the mature wise spirit are affected by the simple life status. The tact of change decayed for magical, fine processing style and the thought of deviating from normal are also found in cooking and song poetry creation process. The pursuit of poetry artistic conception of light,bitter and fresh are as the same as the times aesthetic taste.
