主要通过对山西省中小企业人才流失的问题进行深入研究,分析人才流失原因,并探究针对性的应对措施。
This paper mainly analyzes the brain drain problems of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanxi Province, this paper analyzes the reasons of loss and corresponding countermeasures.
