摘要
以高炉矿渣为主要原料,氢氧化钠为碱激发剂,双氧水为发泡剂,碳酸钙晶须为改性剂制备新型无机保温材料。探讨了碳酸钙晶须掺量对所制取保温材料物理性能的影响。试验结果表明:以高炉矿渣质量为基准,在碱激发剂氢氧化钠和发泡剂双氧水添加量分别为6%和2%、水固比为0.5 g/m L的情况下,添加3%的碳酸钙晶须的试件(养护时间为28 d)体积密度为0.52 g/m^3,抗压强度为1.15 MPa,导热系数为0.081 W/m·K,该材料的物理性能达到保温材料的标准。
Using blast furnace slag as main raw material,Na OH as an activator,hydrogen peroxide as a pore-forming agent,and CaCO3 whisker as a modified material,a new inorganic thermal product was prepared. The influence of CaCO3 whisker dosages on physical properties of the ma-terial was discussed. The test results showed that with the quality of blasé furnace slag as a base mark,the prepared materials with thermal conductivity coefficient of 0. 081 W/m·K,compressive strength of 1. 15 MPa and bulk density at 0. 52 g/m^3 were obtained under conditions of Na OH 6%,H2O2 2%,water-solid ratio 0. 5 g/m L with the addition of CaCO3 whisker 3%( curing for 28 d).
