摘要
对采煤机截割部行星减速器进行了优化设计。通过轻量化方法与约束条件建立了行星减速器优化设计的数学模型,并通过MATLAB进行了求解。结果表明:优化后行星减速器的总体积减小了21.34%,外部直径减小了10.15%,较为明显地减小了体积与重量,同时该方法大大提高了求解效率。
The optimization design of planetary reducer for shearer cutting unit is carried out. The optimization model of planetary gear reducer is established by method of lightweight and constraint condition, and the solution is obtained by MATLAB software.The results show that the total volume of the planetary gear reducer is reduced by 21.34% and external diameter reduced by10.15%. This shows that the method is more obvious to reduce the volume and weight and the method greatly improves solving efficiency.
