In the machining process, the electric system of the machine tool often appears control fault. Based on this situation,taking Longmen planer electrical system as an example, the reform scheme for electrical system of machine tool is put forward. The application of full digital DC speed regulation and PLC in the transformation of electric system of machine tool are elaborated. It is indicated that the application of full digital DC speed and PLC in the reconstruction of the electrical system of machine tool is worthy of further popularization and application.
