摘要
在薄壁零件的焊接过程中,常常会因为焊接应力而产生变形,从而影响零件的质量,而焊后的残余应力也影响产品的性能。因此,减少焊后变形与残余应力不容忽视,而撑块结构在一定程度上消除残余应力与焊后变形。主要论述撑块在焊接工装中的应用。
In the welding process of thin-wall parts, there are deformation because of the welding stress, which finally affects the quality of the parts, and the residual stress after welding also affects the performance of the product. Therefore, deformation and residual stress should be reduced, and to a certain extent, the support block structure eliminates residual stress and welding deformation. This paper mainly discusses the application of support block in welding tool.
