随着市场经济的不断发展,江苏省中小企业的规模在不断发展壮大。而这些中小企业的发展在促进地区经济发展的同时也解决了地区职业院校学生的就业问题。基于此背景下研究江苏省中小企业的发展状况及对人才的需求情况,为地区职业教育改革提供经济层面的可行性参考依据。

With the continuous development of market economy, the scale of small and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangsu province grows continually. And the development of SMEs not only promotes regional economic development but also solves the employment problem of vocational college students. Based on this, this paper researches on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangsu province and its demand for talents, providing reference for economic feasibility of vocational education reform.
