蒲河生态廊道大型底栖无脊椎动物种类调查 被引量:1

Research on species of Macrozoobenthos in Pu River ecological corridor

摘要 2014年10月对蒲河生态廊道道义段8.8km、虎石台段18.6km水域17个采样点的底栖动物物种多样性进行了调查,以此推测该区域水体质量。经定性和定量分析发现底栖动物3门5纲11目23科53种,其中水生昆虫占出现种类的73%,环节动物占8%,软体动物占13%,其他节肢动物占6%。对所得数据分析表明,蒲河生态廊道道义、虎石台段总体呈现上游污染严重,而下游污染呈逐步减轻的趋势。 In order to evaluate the water quality in Pu River ecological corridor,we analysed qualitatively and quantitatively the diversity of benthic organisms in an 8.8km region of Daoyi reach and an 18.6km region of Hushitai reach in October,2014.Samples were collected from total 17 sites in these areas.We found 3 phyla,5classes,11 orders,53species of benthic animals,including 73% of aquatic insects,8% of Annelida,13% of Mollusca,and 6% of Anthropoda.Based on these data,it was concluded that the pollution situation in Pu River ecological corridor becomes severe gradually from the downstream to the upstream.
