教师语言模块训练的有效性分析

An Analysis on the Effectiveness of the Language Modular Training Patterns for Teachers

为解决教师语言训练内容压缩、有效训练时间不足、训练流程缺乏针对性等问题,有必要开展教师语言训练有效性研究。针对目前教师语言训练中存在的问题,设计普通话模块的微格教学训练模式、一般交际语言模块的学生主体教学训练模式和教育教学语言模块的网络个性化辅助训练模式,可以增强教师语言模块训练的有效性。

In order to solve the problems for teachers＇ language training, such as the teaching content compression,the lack of effective training time and the lack of specific training process, formulate and analysis the effectiveness training method of teachers＇ language training. On the basis of the analysis of the present teaching problems for the teachers＇ language, design the microteaching training mode of the mandarin module, the module with the principal position of students of the general communicative language and the auxiliary personalized training mode by network of education teaching language. The experiment and correction of the teaching practice has obtained the good effect of training.
