基于GA-BP模型的临近深基坑桥墩变形预测 被引量:5

Prediction of Deformation of Bridge Pier Nearby Deep Foundation Pit Based on GA-BP(Genetic Algorithm-Back Propagation) Model

摘要 基于杭州某近接桥墩深基坑开挖工程,以实际监测数据为样本,分别运用灰色GM(1,1)模型和GA-BP模型对桥墩的水平位移和沉降进行预测,并与实测数据进行对比。结果表明:灰色GM(1,1)模型要求数据线性程度较高,不适合由近接施工引起的变形预测;GA-BP模型预测临近深基坑既有桥墩的变形,无论短期还是中长期,其预测结果都具有较高的精度,该模型适用性较好。 Based on a certain excavation engineering of deep foundation pit nearby the bridge pier,the actual monitoring data were taken as a sample the horizontal displacement and settlement of the bridge pier were predicted by the grey GM(1,1) model and GA-BP model respectively,and compared with the actual monitoring data.The results indicate that the grey GM(1,1) model requires a high degree of linearity of the data,which is not suitable for the deformation prediction caused by close-connected construction.The prediction by GA-BP model of the deformation of existing bridge pier nearby a deep foundation pit,no matter to the short or medium and long term,has a higher accuracy and stronger applicability.
