摘要
通过建立评价指标体系模型、开发建筑节能及能效标识软件,对居住建筑进行节能评价,研究模型并探究居住建筑的能耗问题,分析建筑电能使用情况、给水排水实际情况、通风采暖及建筑维护结构等方面,验证其是否具有合理性。
This paper studied the energy conservation and energy efficiency identification of residential building, and energy conservation of domestic residential building was evaluated through building evaluation index system model, developing building energy conservation and energy efficiency identification software, etc. The model was further studied to find out the energy consumption problems of domestic residential building. The evaluation theoretical model was used to analyze the electrical energy consumption, practical condition of water supply and drainage, ventilation and heating and structure maintenance, etc., and its rationality was verified.
