摘要
系统地分析了大庆超浅层水平井(造斜点20m,目的层垂深270-290m)钻井施工技术难点和特点,重点介绍了P12井区的地层特性、岩性特征,指出了井眼轨迹控制难点,并相应地制定了井身结构、水平井轨道设计和轨迹控制方案措施.通过选取合理的造斜工具、优化钻具组合、钻井参数优选及控制措施的执行,顺利完成了3口超浅层水平井的施工.通过技术的成功应用,系统地总结形成了一套超浅层水平井钻井配套技术,在较好满足超浅层稠油油藏有效开发的基础上,更为国内外同类储层的开发提供了有益借鉴.
Drilling technology difficulty and feature for shallow layer horizontal well are analyzed systematically in the paper, which KOP is 20m and TVD of target is about 270m- 290m. Formation characteristic, lithologic characteristic and technique difficulty are introduced at P12 block, and corresponding measures are taken such as reasonable well geometry design, well trajectory optimization, BHA and drilling parameter selection etc. There are three shallow layer horizontal wells had to be completed successfully. A set of supporting technology for ultra-shallow layer horizontal well drilling has been summarized and formed by the successful application of the technology, and on the basis of satisfying ultra-shallow layer heavy crude reservoir developing the drilling matching technique for ultra-shallow layer horizontal well offer an experience for similar reservoir at home and abroad.
