摘要 PTA生产废水属于高浓度有机废水,具有排水量大、污染物浓度高、水质水量变化大等特点。本工程原水水质参数为:COD。,8500~9500mg/l,BOD54500—6000mg/1,pH3.5~5.0,氨氮20-45mg/l,SS200—500mg/1,水温50℃±2℃。针对该废水特点,采用UASB-好氧-气浮为核心的工艺处理PTA生产废水。运行结果表明:该工艺具有处理效率高、操作管理方便、抗冲击负荷、出水水质稳定、运行成本低等优点。处理后出水水质CODcr64mg/l,BOD516mg/l,pH7.2,SS46mg/l,氨氮:0.5mg/l,达到上海市《污水综合排放标准》(DB31199—1997)一级标准。 Wastewater from PTA industry production belongs to a category of highly concentrated organic wastewater, having the unique characteristics of high volume discharging, high contaminated organism, changes in the water medium and volume. Without properly treatment, it could cause serious pollution to the neighboring environment. Wastewater quality parameter before treatment:CODer8 500 -9 500 mg/L, BOD5 4 500-6 000 mg/L, pH3.5 - 5.0, NH3 - N20-45 mg/1, SS200-500 mg/L, Temperature 50℃± 2℃. According to the characteristics of wastewater from PTA industry production, the process of UASB - Aerobic Treatment - DAF( dissolved air floatation)was described. The results shows the application could have such advantages as high treatment efficiency, simple management, higher resistance to shock load, stable water quality of effluent, lower operation cost. Wastewater quality parameter after treatment: CODcr 64 mg/L, BOD5 16 mg/L, pH7. 2, SS19 mg/L, NH3 - N 0. 5 mg/. The water quality of effluent can achieve the First discharge criteria of Shanghai Local Discharge Standard for Wastewater( DB 31199 - 1997).
