配纤率对FRP增强砖砌体轴心受压承载力影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据网状FRP(Fiber Reinforced Polymer,纤维增强复合材料)增强砖砌体的概念,采用CBF(Continuous Basalt Fiber,连续玄武岩纤维)制作了网状FRP增强砖砌体试件,并对其进行轴心抗压试验,应用ANSYS有限元软件对其进行有限元数值分析,试验和有限元结果分析表明:与普通抗压砖砌体相比,经过网状FRP增强砖砌体在承载力、延性等方面有明显提高,同时验证了有限元数值计算模型的可行性与合理性。之后根据已有的有限元模型研究了配纤层布置对承载力的影响,给出了最佳配纤层布置方案。最后根据已有的模型以及计算所给出的最佳配纤层布置方案研究了配纤率对承载力的影响,并提出了最佳配纤率。 Based on the proposed FRP( Fiber Reinforced Polymer) mesh reinforced brick masonry concept,the FRP mesh reinforced brick masonry specimens are made by using the CBF( Continuous Basalt Fiber),and the finite element numerical analysis is carried out by using ANSYS finite element software. The analysis results show that,compared with the normal brick masonry,the FRP mesh reinforced brick masonry has obvious effect in compressive capacity and ductility,and the feasibility and rationality of the finite element numerical calculation model are verified at the same time. Then on the basis of the existing finite element model,the influence of fiber layer arrangement on bearing capacity is studied,the best fiber layer arrangement scheme is suggested,and the best fiber ratio is obtained.
