摘要
详细比较了我国不同时期建筑抗震设计规范关于多层砌体房屋的相关规定——包括地震作用的计算、墙体抗震受剪承载力验算和主要抗震构造措施,分析了多层砌体房屋基准面积率的由来及主要影响因素,进而依据现行国家标准《建筑抗震鉴定标准》(GB50023-2009)研究了我国既有多层砌体房屋的综合抗震能力,最后针对我国不同时期建造的多层砌体房屋的特点提出了有计划分步骤的抗震加固建议,供有关政府部门决策参考。
In this paper,the relevant rules about multi-story masonry buildings in different codes for seismic design,including the calculation of seismic action,the checking of wall's seismic shear capacity and main seismic construction measures,are compared in detail,the origin and main influencing factors of multi-story masonry buildings characterisitic ratio are analyzed. And then the comprehensive seismic capacity of existing multi-story masonry buildings are researched according to the current national standard Standard for Seismic Appraisal of Buildings( GB50023-2009). In the end,for the characteristics of multi-story masonry buildings built in different period,some advices about seismic strengthening in a planned and step-by-step manner are put forward,as decision-making reference for relevant government department.
