摘要
CNC(计算机数字控制)技术已经成为现代机床产业的标志,也是现代先进制造技术的基础和核心,高自动化、高柔性和产品的高附加值代表了当今机床产业发展的必然趋势。由于它所具有的高科技含量和高技术复杂性,无论从产品研发设计、技术标准、生产制造,到最终使用,都构成了机床产业高新技术的综合应用领域;在日新月异发展的同时,也为现代机床产业的管理带来了一个不可忽视的新课题,即产品的技术咨询与服务。因此,通过大量应用实例,并结合企业实际现状,对现代机床产业产品技术咨询与服务管理创新体系的构建进行了探索和论述。
