党的十八大以来,以习近平为核心的党中央准确分析中国所处的时代背景及国内国际形势,并在此基础上指明了新时期中国外交工作的目标是为"两个一百年"奋斗目标及实现中国梦服务,塑造负责任大国形象并参与全球治理,大力推进中国特色外交总体理念。对外交战略以及具体策略三个层面进行创新发展,丰富了中国特色大国外交实践,充分体现了中国特色大国外交的风范,取得了令人瞩目的外交成效。

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the Central Committee led by Xi Jinping has accurately analyzed the times and situations both abroad and at home,and accordingly points out that China's diplomatic work in the new age aims at serving 'Two Centenary Goals' and the realization of China Dream,rebuilding China's international figure as a responsible power, participating in global governance, and giving great impetus to the general diplomatic ideologies with Chinese characteristics.
