中国共产党反浪费斗争的历史考察与经验启示

A Historical Survey of the CPC's Anti-Squandering Fight and Its Illumination

提倡节俭、反对浪费,是中华民族的优良传统。中国共产党自成立起,一直高度重视反浪费问题。自1931年至今,共进行了大大小小十余次运动或斗争,对遏制浪费、改进作风、规范政风、引领社风都起到了积极作用。新时期,以习近平为核心的党中央对反浪费工作高度重视,掀起了新的反浪费运动高潮。回顾和总结中国共产党历史上反浪费斗争的经验和做法,对于新时期改进党的作风、密切党和人民群众的联系、加强党的执政建设、推动新时期现代文明社会体系的建设等,都具有积极的意义。

Austerity and anti-squandering is a refined tradition in China. Since its establishment, the CPC has long been attaching great significance to anti-squandering. A couple of campaigns and fights from 1931 on posed positive effect on containing squandering, improving and streamlining work style as well as leading social atmosphere. In the new age, the central committee of the CPC led by Xi Jinping as its General Secretary lays heavy weight on anti-squandering and opens up a new wave of anti-squandering campaign. Reviewing and summarizing the experience and practice of the CPC's historical achievements of anti-squandering carries a positively realistic sense for improving the CPC's work style in the new age, connecting the Party with the mass, strengthening the construction of the CPC's governance capacity, and promoting the construction of a civilized modern social system in the new age.
