中医辨识亚健康状态及其研究进展

Research Progress in Identification of Sub-Health State of Traditional Chinese Medicine

亚健康是处于健康与疾病之间的一种状态,中医学虽没有亚健康的概念,但"治未病"观念已深入人心。中医学以整体观和辨证论治为特点,关注人体的整体生命状态,历经千年实践,形成具有中国传统特色的医学体系,其中中医药技术为维护人类健康作出重要贡献。"四诊合参"与"辨证论治"充分体现了中医在辨识和诊断亚健康状态的优势,文章通过概述中医四诊(望闻问切)、中医证候及体质特征等方面与亚健康状态相关性的研究现状,发掘中医学在亚健康状态辨识研究的巨大潜力,展现其临床应用的广阔发展前景。随着医学模式从"疾病医学"向"健康医学"的转变,近些年提出"精准医学"的理念,医学研究的焦点开始聚集个体化诊疗方案,这与中医一贯遵循的辨证论治,三因治宜等治疗原则相契合,可见亚健康状态的辨识及其研究必将为中医学发展提供新的机遇和平台。

Sub-health is a state between health and disease.Although there is no concept of sub-health in traditional Chinese medicine,the idea of prevention has been deeply rooted in the concept of governance.The overall concept and syndrome differentiation are characteristics of TCM which pays attention to the human life state.After thousands of years＇ practice,it has formed the characteristics Chinese medical system,in which Chinese medicine technology makes an important contribution to the maintenance of human health.＂Four diagnostic methods＂and ＂syndrome differentiation＂fully reflect the advantages of TCM identification and diagnosis of sub-health state.Through summarizing TCM four diagnostic methods and the present research status of the relationship between TCM syndromes and physical characteristics and sub-health state,it has digged out the great potential in sub-health state identification of the excavation of traditional Chinese medicine,showing the broad prospects for development of its clinical application.With the medical model from＂medical mode＂to＂health mode＂in recent years,it put forward＂medicine＂concept and the focus of medical research began to gather individual treatment,which accorded with Chinese medicine treatment based on syndrome differentiation and three causes treatment principle.It is found that the identification and research on sub-health would provide new opportunities and platform for the development of traditional Chinese medicine.
