摘要
目的:研究蒙药蓝刺头对去卵巢大鼠血清血清碱性磷酸酶及白细胞介素-1的影响。方法:取84只雌性大鼠随机分成假手术组、模型组、己烯雌酚组、骨疏康组、蒙药蓝刺头高、中、低剂量组7组,每组12只。造模成功后,饲养90 d,开始灌胃90 d后,检测血清碱性磷酸酶及白细胞介素-1。结论:蒙药蓝刺头能够降低血清中白细胞介素-1的含量,提高血清碱性磷酸酶含量。
Objective：To study the effect of Mongolian blue thorn to serum alkaline phosphatase and interleukin-1 of ovariectomized rats.Method： Eighty-four female rats were randomly divided into seven groups,including sham operationgroup,model group,diethylstilbestrol group,gushukang group,Mongolian blue thorn high,medium and low dose groups.There were 12 rats in each group.After success of the modeling,feed 90 days and then fill the stomach for 90 days.We detected serum alkaline phosphatase and interleukin-1.Conclusion： Mongolian blue thorn could not only reduce the contents of interleukin-1 in serum but also increase the contents of serum alkaline phosphatase.
