鼻窍通合剂体内外抑菌作用实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究鼻窍通合剂的体内外抑菌作用。方法:通过测定抑菌圈直径考察鼻窍通合剂对不同菌株的敏感性;采用二倍稀释法检测鼻窍通合剂的最小抑菌浓度(MIC);通过腹腔注射小鼠100%致死剂量(100%MLD)的金黄色葡萄球菌,观察鼻窍通合剂对小鼠死亡的保护作用。结果:肺炎链球菌、铜绿假单胞菌对鼻窍通合剂具有较强的敏感性,金黄色葡萄球菌、化脓链球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、无乳链球菌、痢疾志贺菌对鼻窍通合剂中度敏感;鼻窍通合剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌、无乳链球菌、化脓链球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、痢疾志贺菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为31.25 mg/m L、15.625 mg/m L、31.25 mg/m L、62.5 mg/m L、125 mg/m L、31.25 mg/m L、62.5 mg/m L;鼻窍通合剂低、中、高3个剂量组均显著降低金黄色葡萄球菌酵母悬液引起的小鼠死亡率。结论:鼻窍通合剂具有体内体外抑菌作用。 Objective:To discuss the bacteriostatic effects of Biqiaotong in vitro and in vivo.Methods: The sensitivity of Biqiaotong on different strains were measured by determining the inhibiting zone diameters.The minimum inhibitory concentration was measured by the double dilution method.We also observed the protective effect to the death model through intraperitoneal injection of lethal doses of staphylococcus aureus on mice.Results:The Biqiaotong had better sensitivity on streptococcus pneumoniae,pseudomonad,medium sensitivity on staphylococcus aureus,s.pyogenes,escherichia coli,streptococcus agalactiae,shigella,the minimum inhibitory concentrations of Bitongtang on staphylococcus aureus,streptococcus pneumoniae,streptococcus agalactiae,s.pyogenes,escherichia coli,pseudomonad and shigella was 31.25 mg/m L,15.625 mg/m L,31.25 mg/m L,62.5 mg/m L,125 mg/m L,31.25 mg/m L,62.5 mg/m L,respectively.The high,middle and low dosages groups of Biqiaotong could significantly reduce the mortality induced by staphylococcus aureus on mice.Conclusion:The Biqiaotong has bacteriostasis in vitro and in vivo.
