中西医结合治疗小儿病毒性肺炎疗效及对患儿微炎症状态的影响分析

Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Children with Viral Pneumonia and Its Influence on Micro Inflammatory State of Children

目的:探讨中西医治疗小儿病毒性肺炎疗效及对患儿微炎症状态的影响。方法:选自2014年3月—2015年9月期间医院收治的病毒性肺炎患儿96例,依据随机数字表法随机分为观察组48例与对照组48例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合中药汤剂治疗。两组疗程均为10 d。比较两组患儿治疗疗效,治疗前后症状体征积分、血清炎症因子水平变化,症状、体征消失时间及住院时间,不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率(93.75%)高于对照组(72.92%)(P<0.05);治疗后,两组咳嗽、咯痰痰鸣、肺部体征积分明显减少(P<0.05),以及观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平降低(P<0.05),以及观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组症状、体征及住院时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未见严重用药不良反应。结论:中西医治疗小儿病毒性肺炎疗效显著,且可明显改善患儿微炎症状态,安全可靠。

Objective： To explore the curative effect of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of children with viral pneumonia and its influence on the micro inflammatory state of the children.Methods： Ninety-six cases of viral pneumonia in our hospital from March 2014 to September 2015 were selected and according to the random number table method were randomly divided into observation group 48 cases and control group 48 cases.The control group used conventional western medicine treatment and the observation group combined traditional Chinese medicine decoction treatment.The course of the two groups was both 10 d.Compare the two groups＇ treatment efficacy,symptoms and signs score before and after treatment,serum levels of inflammatory factors,symptoms,signs disappeared time and hospitalization time and adverse reactions.Results： The total effective rate of the observation group（93.75%） was higher than that of the control group（72.92%）（P〈0.05）.Two groups＇ cough,sputum and pulmonary symptoms score after treatment were significantly reduced（P〈0.05） and the observation group＇s cough,sputum and the lungs symptom scores after treatment were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatmen,the serum CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 levels after treatment decreased significantly（P〈0.05） and the observation group＇s were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The symptoms,signs and length of stay in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.No serious adverse drug reactions were found in the two groups.Conclusion： The traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of children with viral pneumonia has significant curative effect and can obviously improve the micro inflammatory state,safe and reliable.
