中药灌肠结合血液透析治疗慢性肾功能不全疗效及对血清CRP、脂联素水平影响

Efficacy of Herbal Retention Enema Combined with Hemodialysis in Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure and Its Effect on Serum CRP and Adiponectin Levels

目的:探讨慢性肾功能不全患者采用中药灌肠结合血液透析治疗临床疗效及对患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、脂联素(ADPN)水平影响。方法:选取2014年5月—2016年6月医院收治的89例慢性肾功能不全患者为研究对象,按数字表法将所有患者随机分为对照组44例和观察组45例,两组患者均给予常规西医基础治疗及血液透析疗法,观察组患者配合给予中药灌肠治疗,4周/1疗程,3个疗程后对比两组临床疗效;ELISA法测定血清ADPN水平,免疫比浊法测定CRP水平,对比分析治疗前后患者血清CRP、ADPN水平变化。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后两组肾功能指标BUN、SCr及中医症候积分有明显改善,血清CRP、ADPN水平显著降低,观察组与对照比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后两组血钙、血钠、血钾水平无显著性改变。结论:慢性肾功能不全患者血清CRP、ADPN水平升高,中药灌肠结合血液透析治疗可有效改善慢性肾功能不全患者临床症状,降低血清CRP、ADPN水平,促进肾功能恢复。

Objective： This aim was to investigate the efficacy of herbal retention enema combined with hemodialysis in treatment of chronic renal failure and its effect on serum CRP and adiponectin levels.Methods： A total of 89 patients with chronic renal failure from May 2014 to June 2016 in the hospital were selected.Patients were randomly divided into control group（n = 44） and observation group（n = 45）.They were given conventional western medicine and hemodialysis treatment while patients in the observation group were administered with herbal retention for treatment,4 weeks/1 course of treatment.The clinical efficacy after three courses was compared.ADPN in serum levels was detected by ELISA assay.CRP level was measured by immune turbidimetry.CRP and ADPN levels before and after treatment were compared.Results： The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the renal function index of BUN,SCr and symptom scores had significant improvement in two groups.CRP and ADPN levels in serum were significantly reduced.The difference between two groups were significant（P〈0.05）.Serum calcium,sodium and potassium levels before and after treatment had no significant change.Conclusion： The results show that serum CRP and ADPN levels in patients with chronic renal fail to increase.The efficacy of herbal retention enema combined with hemodialysis in treatment of chronic renal failure is significant,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and decrease serum CRP and ADPN levels and promote recovery of renal function.
