摘要 校企协同培养越来越成为我国专业学位研究生培养的主流模式。协同培养作为新生事物,具体的协同机制、操作形式尚在探索中。以研究生工作站协同培养专业学位研究生实践为例,分析协同培养现状及存在问题,以共享发展理念为指导,提出协同培养应从提高认识、完善机制、多渠道经费保障、导师队伍建设、强化成果转化、强加示范点建设等方向探索。 University-enterprise collaborative cultivation is becoming the mainstream mode of professional degree graduate cultivation in China. As a newborn thing, the specific synergy mechanism and the operation form in collaborative cultivation is still in exploration. Using the practice on collaborative cultivation for professional degree graduate in postgraduate workstation as an example, this article, guided by the concept of shared development, analyzes the current situation and existing problems in collaborative cultivation, proposes collaborative cultivation should be explored by raising awareness, perfecting the mechanism, multi-channel funds guarantee, constructing tutor team, strengthening the transformation of achievements, enhancing the construction of demonstration sites and other directions.
