摘要
根据电机设计理论,用ANSYS对电机的仿真图像和数据进行最优化组合,找到最优的组合设计参数。通过对额定电压12V,额定功率30W的外转子高速电机做实验仿真,得到的实验结果和仿真结果相近,验证了理论设计公式的可靠,以及参数优化的可行性。可以用于永磁电机的参数优化仿真中。
According to design theory of motor, the optimal combination of simulation im- age and data of the motor is carried out by ANSYS to find out optimal combination design pa- rameters. By simulation experiment of external rotor high-speed motor with rated voltage of 12V and rated power of 30W, it is known that the experimental result and simulation result are close to each other. The reliability of theoretical design formula and feasibility of parameter optimiza- tion has been verified. They can be used in parameter optimization simulation of PM motor.
