摘要
介绍了中心高为315mm,极数为4/8/16/32的船用四速电动机,其定子绕组采用两套独立变极绕组,转子为鼠笼结构。并介绍了四速电动机在设计与制造过程的焦点,阐述了环流的分析及单层绕组变极方法的应用,并且在实践样机制造过程中得到验证。
This paper introduces a marine four-speed motor with frame size of 315mm and pole number of 4/8/16/32. Its stator adopts two sets of independent pole-changing windings, and rotor is of squirrel-cage structure. This paper introduces focuses of the motor in design and manufacturing, and expounds the analysis of circulating current and the pole-changing applica- tion of single-layer windings. They have been verified in manufacturing process of practical model.
