摘要
通过对平底孔铜试块及转子端环钎焊接头的相控阵超声波检测实验,验证了此探伤方法的可靠性,尤其是对未钎合的判定更有优越性,对改进钎焊工艺、提高焊接质量有很大帮助。
Based on phases array ultrasonic inspection experiments of the copper check block with flat bottom hole and the soldering joint of rotor end ring, reliability of the crack de- tection method was verified. It has superiority to judge well soldering qual!ty, and can provide a great help to improve soldering technology and quality.
