对常用的几种耐低温绝缘材料做了介绍,其中包括聚酰亚胺薄膜、绝缘胶、环氧树脂及其复合材料、玻璃纤维。并对这些材料的研究及应用现状进行了分析,对未来其发展方向提出展望和建议。

This paper introduces some kinds of commonly-used low-temperature insulation materials including polyimide film, insulation cement, epoxy resin and their composites, glass fiber. This paper analyzes the research and application situations of these materials, and propo- ses some advices for the future development.
