摘要
从鄂温克电厂次同步振荡风险评估入手,研究了SEDC在解决鄂温克电厂次同步振荡问题中的应用。通过现场试验对SEDC的比例移相系数进行整定优化;采用励磁注入激励法激发出轴系扭振来检验SEDC的抑制效果,结果表明SEDC可大幅提高机组的各阶模态阻尼;对于外部持续扰动,SEDC可发挥持续的抑制作用。SEDC可有效抑制鄂温克电厂的次同步振荡问题,保障机组的安全稳定运行。
This paper assesses the subsynchronous oscillation risk of Ewenki power plant and proposes solutions using SEDC to suppress the SSO. The proportion and phase-shifting parameters of SEDC are tuned and optimized through the field test. The suppression effect is verified by torsional vibration of shaft system excited through excitation system shows that the SEDC can dramatically improve modal damping of units. Besides,for external persistent disturbances,SEDC can provide continuous suppression effect. SEDC can effectively suppress the SSO of Ewenki power plant and guarantee secure and stable operation of units.
