高校教代会代表队伍建设是教代会制度建设的关键,教代会代表作为学校和教职工的桥梁,肩负着行使民主管理和民主监督权利、维护教职工合法权益的职责,应具备民主、法律、全局、责任四种意识。高校工会组织应通过规范选举工作、明确代表工作职责,加大培训力度、积极组织代表履职,做好提案征集、提高提案质量和满意度,建立代表考核评价标准、完善激励机制等四个有效途径,提升教代会代表素质。
