私营企业工会的基本特征是双重定位。理论、法律中的中国特色工会体制性双重定位:工会是党与职工的组织、工会要维护全国人民总体利益与职工的合法权益。现实中私营企业工会的双重定位:工会是企业与职工的组织、工会要维护企业与职工利益。私营企业工会二元(双重)定位的运行。私营企业工会组织建设的二元(双重):企业组建工会、工会组织工人;私营企业工会主席身份二元(双重):企业、职工双重代表;企业工会工作原则二元(双重):促进企业发展,维护职工权益;私营企业工会实际工作:以企业为中心,开展工会工作。
