摘要
天津市宝坻区总工会认真贯彻落实"主动依法科学维权"的工作方针,把推动企业建立工资集体协商制度作为职工维权机制建设的核心内容,凝聚各方力量,合力推进工资集体协商工作。同时加强指导员队伍建设,为工资集体协商提供人才保证;提高职工对工资集体协商的知晓度、参与度和满意度,为川页利推进工资集体协商提供重要抓手,促进了劳动关系和谐发展。
Tianjin Baodi Federation of Trade Unions has implemented the policy of taking the initiative to obey the law and scientifically protect rights so as to take the wage collective bargaining construction as the core to help employees protect their rights, which is able gather the power of different parties and promote the work. At the same time it is able able to strengthen the leader team construction so as to provide a guarantee for wage collective bargaining, which can improve the popularization and satisfaction to finally promote the harmonious development of labor relation.
