近年来,我国反恐维稳形势异常严峻复杂。爆炸类恐怖案件是当前危害国家和人民生命财产安全最为严重的暴力恐怖案件之一,这类犯罪行为也是各级公安机关重点打击的对象。此类案件的现场勘查对刑事技术人员的快速处置能力和应对复杂现场的能力提出了更高的要求。为此,必须全面加强刑事技术工作,提高对此类案件的现场处置和勘验能力。

In recent years, the anti-terrorism and stability maintainance in China have been severe and complicated. Explosive terrorist cases are among the most harmful violent terrorist cases threatening the country and the people＇s lives and property. These crimes are also the objects been attacked by the police departments at all levels. The investigation of the scenes requires the investigators to have better ability for disposing quickly and dealing well with complicated situations. Thus, the investigators must improve their ability to dispose and investigate such scenes of crime.
