摘要
为充分利用室外自然冷源,研制出泵驱动自然冷却机组,并将其用于北京市某公共机构数据机房节能改造项目。经过长期运行监测,对该机组的运行能效(EER)进行了测试分析,得到机组EER与室外温度的拟合关系式。通过该拟合曲线,结合实际测试结果,对机房改造前后的节能率进行了计算分析。结果表明,机组运行EER随室外温度的降低而增大,安装的机组运行效果良好,实测EER可达11.88,改造后机房全年节能率可达22.7%。
A pumped free cooling unit using ambient energy was developed and installed at an actual data center in a Beijing public agent.According to ongoing monitoring data,the operation EER of the unit was tested and analyzed.The fitting correlation between EER and outdoor temperature was obtained,and the annual energy-saving rate before and after reform was discussed and calculated.The results indicate that the operation EER increases with the decreasing outdoor temperature and the pumped free cooling unit works well.The operation EER and energy-saving rate can respectively reach11.88 and 22.7%.
