软件与互联网行业创业板上市公司运营效率评价研究——基于DEA方法

Research on Operational Effi ciency of Listed Chinese Software and Internet Industry Enterprises——Based on DEA Approaches

作为国家新兴的经济增长点,近几年软件与互联网行业受到了持续普遍的关注,主营该行业的企业也在创业板上市公司中占据了相当大的比重。在创业板上市的软件与互联网企业对该行业产生重大影响,对其运营效率的研究具有重要意义。本文利用数据包络分析法(DEA)中的BCC模型与Malmquist生产率指数法,对代表性企业的运营效率进行全方位的评价研究,本文采取两种比较方式:静态的横向比较与动态的纵向比较。静态横向比较显示:该类公司整体运营效率一般,行业内运营效率具有较大差异。动态的纵向比较表明:虽然行业内纯技术效率与规模效率都有显著提高,但是技术进步缓慢导致行业的全要素生产率仍然呈下降趋势。

The software and Internet Jndustry as the new economic growth engine, abtain more and more public attention, which takes a large proportion of the Growth Enterprise Market in China. Therefore the research on that is of vital importance. In order to analysis the operational efficiency of these companies, this paper utilizes the BCC model and Malmquist Index decomposition method in the DEA approaches. The paper employs two methods to reveal the operational efficiency, which are lateral and static comparison, and upright dynamic comparison. The former result is that the enterprises did not perform well and had considerable differences. In the later comparison, the subtle change of the techaology resultin the total factor productivity fell down.
