摘要
针对轴辐式网络中运输车辆的排放污染问题,提出在干线运输中组合使用排放量不同的多种车型的低碳运作策略,研究其对轴辐式网络设计的影响.基于轴辐式网络基本模型,构建考虑时间成本、干线运输车辆排放成本的多车型轴辐式网络设计的混合整数规划模型.通过算例揭示该模型的特征,发现轴辐式网络的干线运输中考虑多车型策略,会影响到轴辐式网络的枢纽选择及辐点分配;通过分析模型参数的敏感性、环保多车型策略,以及经济成本与排放的均衡,研究干线运输周转量变化与枢纽点的选择及环保多车型策略的关系,总结轴辐式网络枢纽点选择变化的特点及环保多车型策略对网络适应性的影响,形成考虑环保多车型策略的低碳轴辐式网络设计方法.
To cope with the problem of trucks' emission in Hub-spoke network, the low- miss ies. el of carbon strategy is proposed in this paper, which combining trucks with different e- ion in the trunk transport, and its impact on the hub-spoke network design is stud- Based on the basic model of hub-spoke network, a mixed integer programming mod- hub-spoke network with multi-models is constructed, considering time cost and e- mission cost of trunk transport. Numerical examples are used to reveal features of the model. Adopting the multi-models strategy in the trunk transport affects the selections of hubs and the distribution of spokes in the hub-spoke network. By analyzing the sensi- tivity of the model parameter, the strategy of environmental mutli-models and the bal- ance of economic cost as well as emission, the relationship of transport turnover in hubs, the hub's selection and the environmental multi-models strategy. Then the fea- ture of changes of hubs' selections and the impact of environmental mutli-models strate- gy on network adaptability are concluded. Finally, the method of low-carbon hub-spoke network design considering with environmental mutli-models strategy is established.
