摘要
生物质制氢研究是可再生能源的重要方向之一,但生物质气化过程中产生的CO_2导致燃气中氢气含量降低.本文在一种整体式新型生物质气化催化反应器上,进行了木粉热解气化CaO原位捕集CO_2的实验研究,结果表明:在最佳热解条件下产生的燃气中H_2,CO,CO_2体积百分数为:26.89%,27.00%,10.34%.XRD分析表明加入的CaO有明显的原位捕集CO_2作用,CaO对CO_2的捕集率可高达47.5%.此外,加入的CaO对木粉气化过程中产生的焦油有部分催化裂解作用,主要为芳香或多环芳香化合物.
Hydrogen production from biomass is an important research trend of renew- able energy. But the CO2 emission along with the reaction process leads to the decrease of hydrogen content, which affects their further processing. Therefore, this experiment is done on a novel reactor which integrates biomass gasification with catalytic cracking together to study wood powder pyrolysis gasification and imsitu CO2 capture. The ex- perimental results show that: when the gasification temperature is 700℃ and wood pow- der mixed with CaO is in the mass ratio of 7 : 1. in the product gas, H2 and CO content is as high as 26.89 vol% and 27.00 vol%, respectively, while CO2 only takes 10.34 vol%. CaO has obvious in-situ CO2 capture effect from the XRD characterization analy- sis. What's more, CO2 capture efficiency is able to reach 47.5% by the thermal analysis. Compared with pure wood powder without CaO pyrolysis gasification, the tar pro- duced in the process of wood powder with CaO gasification is also partly catalytic cracked. From the GC-MS analysis of the collected lotion from cold hydrazine gas bot- tle, the tar composition and content are both found decreased, mainly converting to aro- matic or polycyclic aromatic compounds.
