公平与效率视角下台湾农地改革及农地所有权变更探析

Analysis on the Reform and Ownership Change of Agricultural Land in Taiwan from the Perspectives of Fairness and Efficiency

我国台湾在20世纪50年代初期所进行的土地改革是相对较为成功和具有一定影响力的渐进改革。该文从公平与效率的视角,探究台湾农地改革的原因及其过程,运用经济学相关理论论证台湾农地改革的经济绩效,并结合相关史料分析台湾农地改革是如何兼顾地主利益和保护自耕农利益的,借此说明台湾现代化过程中所面临的土地问题的根源在于其农地改革的妥协性。

Taiwan＇s land reform in the early 1950s was a relatively successful and influential progressive reform. From the perspectives of fairness and efficiency, the reason of agricultural land reform in Taiwan and its development process were explored, and the economic performance of agricultural land reform in Taiwan was demonstrated by using the relevant theories of economics. Then, by combining with relevant historical materials, it was analyzed that how agricultural land reform in Taiwan gave consideration to the interests of the landlords and farmers, thus to illustrate that the land problem face in the process of Taiwan＇ s modernization rooted in the compromise of agricultural land reform.
