新时期农业技术推广模式及问题探究——基于福建漳州实地调查结果

Research on the Modes and Problems of Agricultural Technology Extension in the New Period——Based on the Field Survey in Zhangzhou of Fujian

以福建省漳州市为研究对象,通过实地调查对新时期农业技术推广模式进行总结,并分析其存在问题。调查发现,科技特派员制度存在定位不明确、队伍不稳定,区域农技推广力量分布不均,农技科研单位技术推广难,农民接受能力差等问题。针对这些问题,提出了明确科技特派员定位、合理配置区域农技推广力量、采取新型农技推广模式、鼓励大学生返乡等建议。

Taking Zhangzhou City of Fujian Province as the research object, the extension modes of agricultural technology in the new period were summed up through field investigation, and the existing problems were analyzed. It was found that the system of sci-tech special commissioners had such problems as unclear orientation, unstable team members, unbalanced regional distribution of agricultural technology extension force, difficult technology extension for agricultural technology research institutes, farmers＇ poor ability to accept new technologies, etc. Based on these problems mentioned above, the countermeasures were put forward including clearing the orientation of sci-tech special commissioners, balancing the regional distribution of agricultural technology extension force, adopting the new agri- cultural technology extension mode and encouraging college students to return to their hometowns.
